Research Field
1. Human Resource Development
We aim to provide philosophical and theoretical ground for the discipline, along with practical implications and strategies based on the systemized discipline.
2. Lifelong Learning
We make suggestions for national policy and provide practical strategies for realizing the value and purpose of lifelong learning. The subject area of our research overcomes the limitations inherent in the concept of school-based education and expands the possibility of education.
3. Education of Work
Education of work is an area of study that views work as a way of fulfilling one’s life and explores different forms of work while investigating its meaning in a changing societal context.
4. Masterity(Work and Learning of Master)
A master in the modern world is an ideal worker who is not only a top performer but also realizes the essential meaning of work. The concept of masterity (Chang, 2015) refers to characteristics of work and the learning of modern masters. We aim to provide theoretical ground and practical suggestions regarding masterity.
